Dear Grappler and Grappling Enthusiast:
You may know me and you may not, so first let me introduce myself.
My name is Rhadi Ferguson. I am a 2004 Olympian in the sport of Judo,
a 4-time National Judo Champion, a North American Grappling Champion,
a Silver Medalist at the Brazilian Jiu-jitsu World Championships, a
Bronze Medalist at the Pan American Judo Championships, a Silver Medalist
at the Pan American Brazilian Jiu-jitsu Championships, and a veteran
of the most revered Submission Wrestling tournament in the world, the
Abu Dhabi Submission Wrestling World Championships.
I am also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and I coach
some of the World's best grappling athletes. I am also a Certified "A" Level
Coach through USA Judo, which means that my coaching knowledge is such
that I am eligible to be selected to coach at the Olympic Games and
the World Judo Championships. But enough about me, right now you have
the opportunity to.…

and moves, responsible for his achieving extraordinary judo, jiu-jitsu
and submission wrestling success...
C'mon, be honest, how many times have you gotten a technical series,
looked at it and haven't been able to pull one move off? Plenty!! And
if you are a real student of the game, like I know you are then you
already know that the secret to a move isn't the move itself but the
setup!! And believe me when I tell you that nobody is showing you their
setups.
I mean really, I can show you how to do a move from a thousand different
positions but if I don't show you the setup, you'll never be able to
pull it off - NEVER.
Listen, we've all had spaghetti before. So how do you know if spaghettis
is good or bad? When you eat some spaghetti, you don't say that the
spaghetti is good or bad based off of the taste of the noodles. You
say that it is good or bad by the taste of the sauce. Well, the moves
are the noodles, but the setups are the sauce. These people out here
are faking you out, robbing you blind and taking your money by giving
you spaghetti noodles. YOU NEED THE DOGGONE SAUCE!!!!!! That's what
you deserve and that's what I'm going to give you.
FACT: There are a lot of B.S. products, with B.S. moves but
nobody has taken the time to show you how to "put it all together" from
start to finish. From A to Z. They are hiding the MOST IMPORTANT
THING THAT YOU NEED IN ORDER TO GET BETTER!!
My friend, this day might be one of the most important days of your
grappling career. Why?
Because I'm going to basically hand
you some of my most prized possessions, my intellectual property
and my personal and highly guarded:
- set-ups
- philosophical approach
- personal success principles
- takedown secrets
- groundwork tactics
- gripping strategies
- match strategies
- movement patterns
- match specific game plan and
- secret "back-pocket" techniques
. . .
- And my off-beat approach to grappling
that catapulted me right to the Olympic Games and the toughest
Submission Wrestling Tournament in the World - "The Abu
Dhabi Submission Wrestling World Championships"!!
You will get EVERYTHING that has enabled me to be one of the most
successful grapplers of all time and the only one to compete successfully
at The Olympic Games, the Brazilian Jiu-jitsu World Championship and
the Submission Wrestling World Championships in my new exclusive series
- The Grind!
At this
time you probably want to know -
"What in the heck is 'The Grind'"?
THE GRIND IS ESSENTIALLY A MASTERY-LEVEL SEMINAR.
IT IS THE
MOST COMPREHENSIVE, EDUCATIONAL, INFORMATIONAL AND
ENTERTAINING COMPILATION EVER PUT TOGETHER
FOR THE
GRAPPLER BY A GRAPPLER.
The Grind is essentially a Mastery-Level Seminar on "Judo
for Brazilian Jiu-jitsu Players" and "BJJ for Judo Players".
The Grind is also an informative rich series that is currently revolutionizing
grappling. The Grind is also an education on how to win matches!
In today's grappling world, there's been a shift. In judo and Brazilian
jiujitsu especially, DVDs, books and tapes have become commonplace,
abundant, cheap and competitively irrelevant. Today,
the most successful grapplers - the ones with the edge - are the ones
with the best information. Yet most people still value "things
they can touch" more than the knowledge of how to use the right
stuff at the right time. Consequently, they remain "stuck in the
mud" unable to move forward. Well, you can get "out of the
mud" and never get stuck by obtaining - "The Grind".
"The Grind" is the most comprehensive, educational, informational
and entertaining compilation ever put together for the grappler by
a grappler. "The Grind" is an opportunity to see "real" techniques
done in competition on the international and world class level. "The
Grind" also allows you to get an inside fly-on-the-wall view of
what Judo is like on the International level. It is most importantly
an opportunity to see how Brazilian Jiu-jitsu and Judo got together
like milk and cookies!
What's In The Grind?
The Grind has 3 components: 5 DVDs - 7 Audio CDs -
3 Transcription E-Books
That's right 5 DVDs ……… 7 Audio
CDs …. And 3 Transcription E-Books!!!
Component #1 - 5 DVDs

Disc One
Disc one includes matches from Italy, Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic,
Mexico, and the Abu Dhabi Submission Wrestling World Championships
(held in the U.S.). There are 8 grueling matches on disc one showcasing
everything from bone crippling slams to lightening fast throws and
sniper-like submissions.
Also 2-Time Submission Wrestling World Champion Jeff Monson and 1976
Olympic Gold Medalist Howard Davis tell you why Rhadi Ferguson is one
of the best ever!
Contents:
- Pan Am Judo Tour
- Tre Torri - Italy
- Bonus Match
- Testimonials
- UFC Fighter Jeff Monson
- 1976 Gold Medalist Howard Davis
Disc Two
Disc Two includes the 25 minute triple over time match between Rhadi
Ferguson and Jeff Monson at the Submission Wrestling World Championships,
the match against the 2004 Olympian from the Dominican Republic - Jose "El
Toro" Vasquez. Jose actually pinned Rhadi in this match until
Rhadi whipped out the Brazilian Jiujitsu game and sealed the deal.
The never before seen match of 2004 Olympian Rhadi Ferguson versus
2000 Olympian Ato Hand. Before this fight Rhadi and Ato had fought
each other two times with Rhadi winning one match and Ato winning one
match - see the conclusion of the grudge match between two of the best
100 kilogram players in US Judo history. Disc two also contains a bonus
submission and throws section which features, David Camarillo, Flavio
Canto, Chuck Jefferson, Joshua Charette, Mark Fletcher, David Ellis
and many more
Contents:

- Bonus Submission and Throws
Disc Three
Disc Three can be entitled "The Road to the Olympics" it
is the 2004 Pan American Judo Championships held in La Isla Margarita,
Venezuela. It was a tough tournament where I had to employ some viscous
gripping strategies and I had to pull out every groundwork trick in
the book. My ability to employ some good gripping strategies, sound
tactics and non-stop groundwork really helped me here. You can see
exactly how BJJ really helped my overall game. And you can see the
importance of good coaching as you hear 1984 Olympic Bronze Medalist
Eddie Liddie Coach me through my matches.
Contents:
- 2004 Pan American Judo Championships
- Ferguson vs. Edmonds (CAN)
- Ferguson vs. 2004 Olympian Despaigne (CUB)
- Ferguson vs. 2004 Olympian Jose Vasquez (DOM)
Discs One through Three allow you to hear the crowd, the coaches in
the chair and the effect that the ambient has on the match, the players,
and the referees. This is an important part of "The Grind" and
it cannot be overlooked. Being able to "eavesdrop" in on
the coach during a match is priceless. Also I wanted you to actually
be "there" in the match with me in the first three discs.
Disc Four and Disc Five are entitled "Inside The Grind" because
I want you to understand, feel, and grasp, what is going on inside
the mind of a fighter while he is in "The Grind". This part
of "The Grind" is absolutely PRICELESS. I literally take
you by the hand and walk you through every match, every exchange and
every thought that I'm having during the fight. You can see, where
I overcome, where I mentally shut down, when I'm frustrated, when I'm
pissed, and when I'm just not my sharpest and when I'm on the top of
the world.
Most athletes won't show this side in a DVD series, but I'm not here
to lie to you and tell you that I'm invincible. I win and I lose. I'm
here to provide you with the information, insight, and tools for you
to be successful.
In Discs Four and Five, I'm going to make sure that you NEVER get
stuck in the mud! The first Three Discs are Golden, - Discs Four and
Five are PLATINUM!
Disc Four

- The simple trick that I've used to reduce the chances of being
thrown by the competition
- How the double leg takedown can change the "whole" fight!
- The shocking reason 98% of people complain that Brazilian Jiu-jitsu
won't work in Judo -- and why they're all DEAD WRONG!
- How a good submission attempt can change the course of a match
- How a good submission can cause a person to "rethink" their
career!
Contents:
- Ferguson vs. Monson
- Ferguson vs. Edmonds (CAN)

Belts Rhadi Ferguson and David Camarillo (1 Disc)

I did a complete "brain-dump" on these CDs. In addition
to everything on the DVDs I added these audio CDs to go beyond the
instruction and education on the DVDs to ensure that your brain will
explode from all of the information that is provided.
Special note - I've been paid up to hundreds of dollars per hour

you literally have thousands of dollars worth of my work, experiences,
and intellectual property which you can use to enhance your career
and improve immediately.
*** WARNING ***
On these audio CDs

and how you can do it too!

do it, you can too)
- How to throw as fast as lightening and make it sound like
thunder without using any force
- How a Judo throw can actually end a fight!!
- How to learn judo in an injury free fashion,
(I've made the mistakes so you don't have to)

before its won on the mat)
- Get all of this and so much more!
Component # 3 - 3 Transcription
E-Books

These three transcription E-Books are the text version of the content
of the Audio CDs. The reason why I've put the contents in book form
is because you cannot highlight an audio CD, you can mark the page,
underline important information and reference an audio CD like you
can do a book.
As a professional educator I can tell you that something happens to
you when you read. When you read, you bring all of your experiences
to the text and as you read the text provides you with new experiences
and information. Research has shown that reading
stimulates the brain and strengthens and creates new neural pathways
and really does so if you are reading with the intent of remembering
or applying ideas and concepts. And since Judo, BJJ, Sambo, and all
forms of Grappling are really "thinking" sports - I've created
the E-Books to enhance your cognitive development as well.
"How
would you like to have an Olympian sitting in your
home, gym, office, or dojo waiting, "on call", to leap to

answers to your questions. Look, "The Grind" is for everyone.
If you have been grappling all of your life or if you are just starting

If you are a parent or a club owner and you want to provide your kids
with the information that is necessary to get to the Submission Wrestling
World Championship, the Brazilian Jiujitsu World Championships or the
Olympic Games - then this is for you.
If you have practiced or have just started judo, jiujitsu, sambo,
submission wrestling, kurash, and other grappling sports - then you
NEED this DVD series
If you could imagine how miserable it would feel
to miss the one chance or opportunity that could have virtually kicked

Olympic Gold Medalist, World
Champions, National Champions and Some of the
World's Best Grapplers and Coaches Said about
"The Grind"

David Camarillo
"Rhadi is a grapping icon. He has excelled in both Judo and Jiu-Jitsu and this
DVD is the best display of that transition on the market. He is beyond most
because of this extensive knowledge. This 'in action' DVD is a must for all grappling
competitors! I call Rhadi the G.D. - the Grappling Doctor, because the
way that he dissects video and competition is truly amazing!"
Elite Level Judo Player
US National Champion Medalist - Judo
International Medalist - Judo
BJJ Black Belt
Revolutionary Grappler

Pablo Popovitch
"In the sport of grappling, where wannabe's, use-to-be's. fakes, frauds,
and pseudo-experts stick out like sore thumbs, it was refreshing to see a product
constructed by someone who is providing people with something that is not only
entertaining but also educational. Understanding what is going on inside
the mind of an athlete is not only valuable, it is priceless. Rhadi
breaks down every match so that no detail is left out. As an
instructor and a World Class BJJ and Grappling competitor I can honestly say
that winning or losing is sometimes in the little details. Rhadi Ferguson's "The
Grind" is an amazing product that really illustrates how he marries his
amazing power with his intelligence and mat savvy. Brother, you've change
the world of grappling with this one!"
2005 Abu Dhabi World Championship- 2nd Place
National Champion USA- 9 times
Grapplers Quest Champion- 7 times
2003 North American Submission Champion

Jeff Monson
"I think he's the most prepared athlete that I've ever seen….
I think that he is the best athlete that I trained with and competed against.
People look at him and just see a great athlete but he's the total package."
UFC Fighter
2-Time Abu Dhabi Submission Wrestling World Champion

Howard Davis
"Rhadi is basically a genius…"
1976 Olympic Gold Medalist

Taraje Williams-Murray
In The Grind package you will see why many call Rhadi a genius when
it comes to grappling. I've personally seen Rhadi beat people with
more skill, better technique and an encyclopedia of moves, not because
he was stronger or more athletic, but because he was just smarter.
He is a master tactician and when you hear him talk through
the matches you can literally see how he baits his opponents and brings
them in for the kill. Rhadi plays each match like it is a game of
chess. His gripping, movement patterns and his ability to work
on the ground are phenomenal. Rhadi never did a great deal of newaza
on American soil, he always saved it for the international tournaments
because he always said that he didn't want to show all of his cards,
if he didn't have too. Well, now he's showing everybody and you can
see that he was holding a hand full of aces!"
3-time US National Championship
2005 World Judo Championship - 9th Place
2004 Olympian
2005 World Team Trials Champion

Emyr "Shark" Bussade
"If you want to be a champion in judo, jiujitsu or
submission wrestling, then you need to get The Grind. Rhadi Ferguson
is awesome, the way that he explains the details and his gameplan are
great. Also I really learned a great deal from the Audio CDs with him
and David Camarillo. This is the first time that I watched a DVD series,
finished it and watched it again in the same day. There's
so much information, that it will take you at least a
week to get through everything. Thanks Rhadi - from one champion to
another, you really did an excellent job with this DVD series!"
2001 BJJ World Champion
2001 Abu Dhabi Submission Wrestling World Championship - 3rd Place
2000 BJJ World Silver Medalist
1999 BJJ Brazilian National Champion

Anthony Turner
"Coach Ferguson understands there is more to Judo than
simply throwing somebody. To be successful, a player requires technique
and strategy. This balance is incorporated throughout The Grind
DVD series. Coach Ferguson has terrific knowledge in the area of grappling
and preparation and in the Grind you can actually see and learn the
most effective ways to play, win and be successful in a judo, jiujitsu
or submission wrestling. This DVD will allow many to get the most
out of their potential by not only seeing real moves pulled off
by a real player but by also seeing the moves set up in competition
and then hearing Coach Ferguson breakdown each match. I can attest
to his ability to provide excellent information. In a matter of minutes
he put together a game plan that I followed to the letter in order
to win the 2005 US Open Judo Championships. He is a master strategist
and when you listen to the Audio CDs and watch the DVDs - you too will
be able to start knocking down the competition like a set of bowling
pins! This Grind is not only awesome it is a must-have series. Not
having this series is not an option - it's mandatory!"
United States National Champion
2-Time Pan American Judo Bronze Medalist
US Open Judo Champion

Josh Peterson
What I admire most about Rhadi is his clinical approach to competition. His
ability to capitalize on an opponent's weakness is not a gift; it is
a direct result of research, training, and refinement. Rhadi leaves
no room for chance when he steps on the mat. What I love about "The
Grind" is that it's an excellent demonstration of applied science.
You get to see the surgeon at work.
US National Judo Champion

Explosive! The DVD is exactly like everything else he does--intense,
high amplitude, and taking absolutely no prisoners! This is a video
that shows what can happen when you really put your mind and body to
the grind!

As a former resident of the US Olympic Training Center. I competed
with and trained with Rhadi for about 3 years. I have been ranked
in the top 5 in the Nation at 100+, 100-, and 90k. The outcome between "Ferg" and
I has always been the same, me flying through the air legs kicking,
or getting tapped out from one of his lightning quick, violent arm
bars. He is the real deal and so is The Grind!

Rahman Howard
I just got finished watching “The Grind” and it is the
truth. It is a complete synthesis of Jujitsu and also Judo. It links
the two systems together and it shows you how well they mesh together
and they are a necessity. You can’t have one without the other.
What Rhadi does here is it shows you through his actual combat footage
that with the proper technique education you can be a complete grappler
from Tachiwaza to nowaza; from standing to the mat and he takes you
through and lets you see the transition from Tachiwaza standing techniques
to going down to the mat, the nowaza technique.
He does this in a setting and in a sport in Judo where you do not
have time to set up and play the game. You have to hit the mat and
attack. That’s what you see this man do and he does it at 220
pounds. It is explosive. It is technical and it is correct. “The
Grind” is the real deal.
Rhadi Ferguson has answered the market call for underground
and hard to find video clips of his national and international matches. "The
Grind" demonstrates Rhadi's complete approach to judo that links
ne-waza and tachi-waza into one effective and constantly attacking
system. Although Rhadi is known for his unrivaled physical attributes, "The
Grind" shows the amazing technical level that Rhadi has achieved
after years of training. This style incorporates a fluid transition
that makes him dangerous no matter what aspect of the match he finds
himself. "The Grind" shows the grappling world that Rhadi
is constantly looking for the finish and will attack until he gets
it! "The Grind" shows that Rhadi is far ahead of the field
when it comes to understanding the complete art of judo.
2006 Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Pan-American bronze medalist

This DVD series is Rhadi at his best! Rhadi
takes you with him around the world competing in top notch Judo tourneys.
Rhadi shows you what it is like to travel and prepare to compete
in high level tournaments around the world. This is raw footage at
it's best. Whether you are a judo or BJJ player you will get a lot
out of watching this DVD series. Watch and learn from an expert,
his incredible throws, takedowns, slams and finishes in action! Rhadi
takes no prisoners! This DVD will motivate you. After watching this
DVD you won't just sit there watching other people compete. You will
want to get up and out there competing too. You never know what you
could until you go out there and give it your all. It is better to
have tried have failed then to have never tried at all. If you give
it your all then you can never fail. Here is a saying that I live
by "Don't die wondering". Great DVD!! Thanks for sharing
your private and most memorable footage with us Rhadi. You always
put out great products!

All that's
nice Rhadi, but the real question is How Much
Is It Going To Cost Me?
How Much is The Grind?
I cannot put a dollar value upon the learning of something that will
instantly educate you, energize you, empower you, strengthen you, teach
you, show you, and allow you to understand how to put Judo and Jiu-jitsu
together and how to achieve higher levels of success on the mat by
using the "tested" and "tried" tactics, strategies
and moves that actually work! But I'll tell you this, earlier today,
one of my clients, 2004 Judo Olympian Taraje Williams-Murray, told
me he would pay $3,000.00 for "The Grind" and when 2000 Olympian
Cara Heads, told me I was, "Crazy for giving away the house" -
Imagine their shock when I told them I would offer it to you for far
less.
*** Okay, here's the bargain I'm prepared to
strike on your behalf. ***
- The cost of travel to all of these tournaments, including room
and board is in the neighborhood of $10,000
- The information, behind the matches, including strategy, technical
and tactical information is worth over $5,000 by itself
- Hearing two world class judo players, two world class BJJ black
belts, and two of only a few individuals to successfully marry Brazilian
Jiu-jitsu and Judo "spill-the-beans" about their training
practices and secrets is priceless
- To date, I've only made the complete DVDs of "The Grind" and
Audio CDs available to select members of my 'inner circle,' because,
frankly, I wasn't sure that the world was ready for the advanced
strategies and off-beat approaches to winning matches and tournaments
- Now that I've seen the impact that "The Grind" has had
on the people who have experienced the package, I've decided this
material is too valuable to sit on any longer.
- The Grind includes more 'meat' packed into five DVDs and seven
Audio CDs plus 3 E-Books of the Audio CDs provided in an educational
and professional format than ever seen before
Because I want to put this information in the hands of more
BJJ, Judo, and Submission Wrestlers now I will offer "The Grind" Package
to you for the ridiculous, "dirt-cheap" price of $1,995 only
$97
THAT'S RIGHT - ALL THIS

For the measly price of $97 you can't even fly to the countries
in order to watch, much less compete at the tournaments available
on The Grind. After performing a quick search on the internet
on a flight to Europe from New York, you can't even find one for
less than $500

THE GRIND is less than most round trip airplane flights and it's certainly
less than traveling to a tournament, taking the "lumps" that
I took and "forking" over a couple hundred bucks in order
to pay the entry fee, the hotel stay and coming back home empty handed.
So essentially "The Grind" doesn't cost you
money - it's an investment in your career.
PLEEEEAASE DO
NOT SPEND ANY MONEY
ON ANY PRODUCT EVER!
SPENDING MONEY IS A WASTE OF YOUR MONEY!
INSTEAD INVEST IN YOUR MONEY
IN YOUR CAREER
Some people spend $3.99 on a cup of coffee from Dunkin Donuts. And
most people have a cup a day. One cup everyday is $1456.35. At only
$97 The Grind is essentially less than a cup of coffee a day and unlike
coffee The Grind will never run out. So not only is it a GREAT investment,
it is also a SAFE investment.
The Grind
comes with my Iron-Clad, Rock Solid 90 day 100% money back guarantee

There is
absolutely NO Risk to you.
So make one of the best investments of your grappling career and get
THE GRIND today. And remember, like I said before…
TODAY, THE MOST SUCCESSFUL GRAPPLERS
- THE ONES WITH THE EDGE - ARE THE ONES WITH THE BEST INFORMATION.
YET MOST PEOPLE STILL VALUE "THINGS THEY CAN TOUCH" MORE
THAN THE KNOWLEDGE OF HOW TO USE
THE RIGHT STUFF AT THE RIGHT TIME. CONSEQUENTLY,
THEY REMAIN "STUCK IN THE MUD" UNABLE TO MOVE FORWARD.
Don't get "stuck in the mud". Move
forward and order now!!

$7,830!!! And that’s only in travel, food and housing!! On
Discs 4 and 5 which are entitled “Inside The Grind” I
personally take you by the hand and walk you through my strategy, tactics
and fully peel the curtain back and show you how I set up all of my
movements in every match at the aforementioned locations. DVDs 4 and
5 alone are more than 90 minutes of footage. The 7 Audio CDs have over
3 hours of information. These discs alone, per my consultation fee
of $350 per hour, are worth over $1500 dollars.
I haven’t even mentioned the surgeries, ‘nicks and bruises’ that
you will never have to deal with because I’ve already traveled
for you. As you can see The Grind is worth well over $9000. So
you can easily see how $97 is just a 'painless drop in the bucket'
for those who are serious about excelling and getting better.
I would like you to know this. The Grind is NOT for people who are
complainers and belly achers. I’ve seen many people take a flight
across the country, go to dinner, stay in a hotel, sightsee, and shop
and spend wayyyyy more than $800 but when it’s time for their
personal development they try to cut corners. Well, the
best don’t
cut corners and you can’t improve by cutting corners. If you
are a “corner cutter” then you will know it and if so – this
product is not for you.
This product is also not for you if you are the type of person to
show up for practice late, leave early and not pay attention to techniques.
This isn’t for you if you do not like to study the ‘secrets’ and
inside ‘know-how’ of the sports of grappling. This is for
the studious grappler and the serious scholar. Your level of training
isn’t an issue. If you desire to learn- then this is for you.
The Grind has helped the grappling careers of beginners all the way
to the expert grappler. The great thing about it is this – once
you own it – YOU OWN IT FOR LIFE and you can always go back and
reference the material in The Grind. If you want a proven
'DVD PACKAGE' that turns your current raw talent into “wins” and
your body into a raging grappling and submission machine in days and
weeks instead of years – then The Grind is definitely for YOU!!

"I was pleasantly surprised..."
I've been a Judo player for many
years. I've played in many, many local tournaments but I didn't
realized how intense international Judo really is. We have had
some BJJ practitioners show up at our dojo but none of them had
anywhere near the kind of skill that Rhadi has. After watching
the videos and listening to the interview with Dave Camarillo,
I have a new fire lit in my pants. I'm a Judo player, not a BJJ
player, but I can really see how BJJ will compliment my Judo
game. I was pleasantly surprised when I went to a BJJ school
near my home and found the instructor and the students really
embraced me. They can't wait to learn some standup and I can't
wait to improve my ground game. I STRONGLY recommend getting "The
Grind" dvd set. There is a so much valuable info in the series.
I was upset when it ended. LOL. Rhadi, I hope you and Dave do
the "Everything a Judo player should know about BJJ" interview
that you talked about at the end of the interview. Fabulous!
That's all I can say.

"I just received the Grind and all I can say is WOW!"
I just received the Grind and all I can say is WOW!
I have had the opportunity to compete against Rhadi Ferguson many
years ago. I have often thought about that particular match and wondered
about his Judo style. Even then I was really impressed by
the way he approached his competition. Rhadi went on from that tournament
to become an Olympian.
When the offer for the Grind came out I was compelled to purchase
it. I have been through the whole package and I know that I have to
go back and really study what is there. It is a lot of information
that is well thought out and presented in such a way as to give the
grappler on any level tremendous insight to the strategic approach
of world class competition. This compilation
is a must have for anyone who wants to improve their game. I
feel as if Rhadi Ferguson has allowed me to share in his journey as
a competitor and I will be a better Judoka because of it. If you want
to know what it takes to be the best that you can be, check out the
Grind.

"I received what I can only be describe as the Grappling
Holy Grail..."
What can be said of a man like Rhadi Ferguson?
Well, I'll tell you what cannot be said. You cannot say that he is
unwilling to share his vast knowledge with those that request it. You
cannot say that his methods are ineffective. You cannot say that his
approach is not the most professional currently available to the grappling
community. I'd like to inform anyone that is currently reading this
that I'm an over 40 married father of two sons, Rhadi has assisted
me in breathing new life in my training, instructing me in maximizing
the gains from the minimal amount of time I have to train. He not only
provided the product, but he also provided the program. Then he helped
tweak the program to make sure it fit. Rhadi is second to none when
it comes to a true hands on approach to training, not only does he
know what he's teaching, he actually demonstrates it.
When I was coming up in the late 70's-80's, there was a saying, " Show
and Prove", if you couldn't back up your claims, then you had
no creditability, well, guess what? Rhadi "Shows and Proves" each
and every time, and that's something everyone can appreciate.
I'd like to take this time out to show my appreciation in addition
to my continued support for a man that has made a definite and positive
impact in my life, thanks Rhadi, for showing and proving that I can
make the seemingly impossible, possible.
I received what I can only be describe as the Grappling
Holy Grail, and once the Keys
to the Inner Realm have unlocked the veil of misinformation
and ignorance that has befallen so many in the Grappling Community,
I will be free. Free to experience the improvement that many 40+
Combat Athletes can only dream of. Rhadi, thank you
so much, and stay on your Grind.
Peace,

"Wow, what can I say? The day the package
arrived I ripped it open..."
Wow, what can I say? The day the package
arrived I ripped it open like a little kid! It's another
great insight into how Rhadi has married jujitsu and judo. To
be the best you need to take from the best, by adapting ones
game to incorporate elements from different arts will enable one
to excel rather than to be in the closed mindset and limit ones potential.
Rhadi is an example of how it's done. It's a great little addition
to my collection and the video of Rhadi's ADCC fight with the Snowman
is a battle of the giants, and one of my favorites. Top
work as always Rhadi

"The
footage is exciting and entertaining..."
I am relatively new to Judo, having only been practicing for two years.
However, as a psychologist, and having
been a competitive swimmer for twelve years, I
truly appreciate Rhadi's focus on the mental aspect of the sport. The
footage is exciting and entertaining in itself, but Rhadi's unique
ability to cover the often overlooked mental aspects of Judo is what
truly makes "The Grind" invaluable.

First I would like to say that the products
that Rhadi Ferguson puts out are very informative and very professionally
done, to the point where its relit the fire under me to pursue
not only BJJ and submission wrestling but a personal training career, The
Grind is everything I thought it would be, and more than one could
hope for as far as understanding what it's like to really
be a warrior in the competition grappling arts world I love it. Thanks

"The first thing that I would like to say is Thank You!..."
Hey Rhadi, The first thing that I would like to say is Thank You!
The Grind package is a truly unique set indeed.
I really enjoy watching the matches and then being able to get into
what you are thinking while doing this. I have always believed that
it truly is all about the set-ups and to hear someone of your stature
preach and actually practice and perform that is just awesome! Next
on my list is The Inner Realm. Shouldn't have waited so long.

"I couldn't even wait
for it to get to my house so I went and picked it up at the shipping
agency!!..."
The package arrived in San Diego and I couldn't even wait
for it to get to my house so I went and picked it up at the shipping
agency!! I had to wait until after work to go home and watch
it. Some people have no idea how much it helps to have someone at
Rhadi's level going over video footage and telling you what they
were thinking while doing whatever move or even why they did that
move. It helps your understanding SO MUCH you can't even begin to
imagine. If you are a grappler of ANY kind you cannot afford
to miss this opportunity..... actually..... Please don't
get this especially if you are around 90 kilos, I don't need the
extra competition.

"WOW, man I was blown away..."
"I have been waiting for a "Rhadi Judo DVD" for a long
time - a DVD for Judo players of Rhadi's favorite throws, Favorite
combos, How to incorporate Judo throws into grappling. Also I asked
for strategies, How to set up an attack and so on.
When I found out that there was going to be DVD set "The Grind" I
was stoked, man I couldn't wait wow finally a DVD set from The Judo
Phenom Rhadi Ferguson. When I came home to find my copy of The Grind
I put it in and WOW, man I was blown away. I thought what is
this? This is not just Judo, its way more than that. In The
Grind there is Judo and Submission Wrestling matches this is killer
because we don't get to see that caliber of play in today's media.
Think about how many people learned to play football & baseball
from TV; I think about how much better I will get just from watching
the best play. I tried the Tomoe nagi into the Jujigatami arm bar that
you do over and over again and I got it the first time in practice
and I just got the set. The guys at my club asked me where
in the world I learned that from and I told them - Rhadi Ferguson.
Hey, the best part of the whole series is the "Inside The Grind".
Discs 4 & 5 are great because Rhadi is walking thru each
match giving His strategies away - just AWESOME !!!!!!!!!!!
And just so you know Rhadi, the Audio CD's haven't left my
car's CD player now I can work my mental game in my car that is cool.
Thanks Rhadi for this masterpiece."

P.S. Really Rhadi thanks a lot. I wanted you to know how I got
into Judo. A few years ago I was diagnosed with Parkinson Disease
I was pissed, that kind of stuff can mess with your mind and your
body. I have some friends that do Jiu Jitsu they told me I was fine
they told my chi was off? I said what ever. I was down there the
next weekend. This has made the most amazing difference in the quality
of life. Judo has saved me and this is a good thing because I have
4 kids that need me. Rhadi thanks for all the inspiration with The
Grind and the S.A.I.D. Gi DVD's its like having you in my corner.
Thanks for being part of my Judo |

"In The Grind package you will see why many call Rhadi a genius..."
In The Grind package you will see why many call Rhadi a genius when
it comes to grappling. I've personally seen Rhadi beat people
with more skill, better technique and an encyclopedia of moves, not
because he was stronger or more athletic, but because he was just smarter. He
is a master tactician and when you hear
him talk through the matches you can literally see how he baits his
opponents and brings them in for the kill. Rhadi
plays each match like it is a game of chess. His gripping, movement
patterns and his ability to work on the ground are phenomenal. Rhadi
never did a great deal of newaza on American soil, he always saved
it for the international tournaments because he always said that he
didn't want to show all of his cards, if he didn't have too. Well,
now he's showing everybody and you can see that he was holding a hand
full of aces!"

"the Grind package gave me a better
understanding..."
Rhadi, the Grind package gave me a better
understanding about the Judo game and why I need to add it to my
game. In fact I'm going to sign up for Judo tonight! The reason
why is because I'm a BJJ player and I need to work on my stand up
game and I love the grip fighting, lock them down in their own straight
jacket! But more importantly it is a motivational tool I use to train
because I travel to attend my BJJ classes 2 x a week and here's a
little break down of my schedule: Tue/Thu I wake up at 6:30am, work
from 8:00-6:00, I'm on the road by 6:30pm to make the 8:00-9:30 class
and I get back home around 11:00 and I'm in bed by 12:00. So as you
can see I really need to be motivated to continue this routine. I
love the educational pieces of the matches you provide and the audio
CDs I listen to when I travel an hour to train because it furthers
my knowledge in Judo and grappling. Thanks Rhadi, you did
an awesome job with the Grind and it will improve my game for sure!

"The Grind is amazing..."
I have to say that The Grind is amazing,
as a person who has watched a lot of judo competition as a child I
did not fully see all the strategy that goes on but after seeing it

start to see the strategy in others and get an idea of what their plan
of attack is. The Grind is a valuable part of my "tools of the

"The Grind. It is by far the best set I have ever bought..."
I'd like to thank you for putting together
The Grind. It is by far the best set I have ever bought. I
really like how you go back and break down the fights and let us
into what an elite level athlete is thinking during a real competition.
I have seen The Grind about 3 times now and
have listened to the audio CDs a few times the CDs are a great addition
to the package. Each time I watch I learn something new or see something
that I didn't catch. I was one of the guys who never paid
any attention to judo at all. Now I see how far off I was. I see
now how you can fuse judo together with BJJ. The judo throws and
trips that are in the DVD's would be a great addition to anyone looking
to expand their arsenal. The throws are amazing and look effortless
also they look like they hurt i can see how when applied to Mixed
Martial Arts they would be very hard on whoever you match up with.
My favorite is the 25 minute match against Jeff Monson at Abu Dhabi
that match is a testament to your training and dedication thanks
once again for letting us into the world of a top notch athlete.

"Inside
The Grind was with out a doubt the best part..."
Hello Rhadi, I purchased The Grind
as soon as it came out and I have to admit I was really impressed. Inside
The Grind was with out a doubt the best part of the entire kit.
It is amazing what thought process you need to have prepared before
a judo match even gets started. Breaking down the shoot for the
double leg was also very important to really show everyone how
you are so successful in getting in that deep before you put the
other guy in to orbit. I'm a fan of the S.A.I.D DVDs for gi and
no gi to help prepare you conditioning but The Grind sure spells
out a lot on technique as well. Best of luck with The Grind and
I'm looking forward to all your other products.

"This is not you average instructional DVD just
as Rhadi is not your average grappler....."
I just finished watching the Grind DVD's by the great Rhadi Ferguson.
Where do you start to describe a product of this caliber. The information
in this product is not what you normally see in you typical instructional
DVD. Rhadi takes you through many actual fights in both judo and submission
grappling and breaks them down to let you see not only the technical
aspects of the fight game but also the mental game necessary to be
a champion. This is not you average instructional DVD just
as Rhadi is not your average grappler.
Rhadi is a thinking mans fighter. He has put out a smart, educational,
entertaining, and inspiring gift to the grappling and MMA enthusiast.
You get to see the triple overtime match between Rhadi and Jeff Monson,
some of the most spectacular takedowns witnessed at Adu Dhabi and phenomenal
displays of skill and timing in Judo competition at the international
level.
Then each match is broken down by Rhadi and explained with
insightful commentary so that you can recognize the mental approach
and setups that Rhadi has used to become one of the most respected
grapplers of our generation, regardless of style or sport. And that's
just the video portion!
Rhadi has also included seven audio cd's with this incredible package.
In these valuable cd's you get an insight into the training and mindset
it takes to be a champion. You will learn about some of the mistakes
and misconceptions that are prevalent in the Jiu-jitsu and MMA community.
All of this is put forward in a frank but respectful way from BJJ black
belts Rhadi Ferguson and Dave Camarillo. If this information is taken
to heart it will truly revolutionize grappling and increase the proficiency
of those who follow its advice.
If you are ready
to evolve to the next level in your training or are a beginner
that wants to overcome the limitations that many of us have placed
on our own training due to lack of this valuable information, don't
hesitate. Get your copy of The Grind today!!!

"The Grind is an Excellent tape, excellent DVD....."
I’m Jim Peterson for the Wahadachi Judo Club. I just saw Rhadi’s
new DVD, “The Grind.” Excellent tape, excellent DVD. You
normally wind up buying DVD’s in Judo and all they are, are instructional
things and you just don’t get to see Judo fought. This definitely
is a DVD you need in your collection especially if you’re a Judo
player. This fighting DVD you’ll catch a lot from watching the
fighting. You’ll be able to improve your techniques from watching
it. You’ll also be able to see how important it is to be in top
physical condition when you’re fighting. Rhadi in all the matches
I’ve seen has been able to wear down every player I’ve
ever seen him fight and then can do whatever he wants with them.
The thing that I’d like to stress with my kids, and I don’t
see a lot of top Judo players doing that, is Rhadi never stops. It’s
none of this knock the player down and then let them stand up because
I want to get the beautifully ippon throw. You knock them down. You
get on them, and that’s what Rhadi does, and that’s what
I want my kids to see; and that’s why I want to own this DVD.
I can tell my kids to attack when they’re on the ground but
they hear that from me all the time; but when they see someone doing
it, knock the guy on the ground, go after him and keep him on the mat
as long as you possibly can and work him until he’s dog tired.
When you stand up you’re refreshed. He’s tired. That’s
Judo. Judo is not just standing. Judo is grappling as much as standing
and you have to understand that to be a well-rounded Judo player but
you need to be in great shape and condition to do transition Judo.
You can’t stop and take a breath before you make that attack
on the ground.
Following your standing techniques down to the mat no matter if you
score. Even if you give me pawn I tell my students I want to see you
attack him on the mat. Even if it’s an ippon score the referee
will call a ippon. He’ll stop you but you need to be on your
opponent constantly; transition from standing to mat work even if you
have to drag the person down. You need to attack him when he’s
down. You can’t just stand up and let him fight again. You’re
letting him back into their game. Take their game away from them from
on their feet and on the ground. You take their game away. My son Josh
Peterson was a national champion for the 90 Kilo Division in 2003 and
his mat work just blossomed when he got together with Rhadi. He became
an arm bar specialist almost overnight just by working with Rhadi.

"I have many quality books and DVD’s on technique that break down individual moves but I’ve never seen a product like The Grind..."
As a BJJ player I’m always looking to improve my throws and takedowns. I have many quality books and DVD’s on technique that break down individual moves but I’ve never seen a product like The Grind. It’s like sitting with Rhadi in his living room and having him do a play by play analysis of his toughest Judo matches. Rhadi talks you though his game plan and strategy as it’s unfolding in actual matches. I was amazed to see how his strategy evolves as the match progresses or how Rhadi changes his attack plan depending on his opponents’ size, strengths and weaknesses. After internalizing the lessons in The Grind I have the confidence to go for my throws and takedowns 100%. I find that my opponents react defensively to my stand up game instead of the other way around. I’d like to thank Rhadi for providing me with such a unique and effective product.
